This shock cord variation makes it possible to connect the shock cord to an open hook.
The "sister" to the Small Shock Cord Hook is manufactured without the hook's tongue. This Open hook allows for much easier access during attachment.
For use with 3/16" and 1/4" shock cord. Comes complete with slip ring for attaching shock cord.
